Formed in 1991 and accredited with ISO 9001, UK Hydroslides employs 30-35 staff in two factories. Both factories are based in South Wales close to the M4 corridor, giving easy access to all parts of the UK.
Employing our own highly experienced hand laminators, we are able to manufacture products from drawing or samples in small batches or full production runs, whilst offering ideas and problem solving.
We currently produce components for the rail industry, bus operators, bus shelter manufacturers, chemical companies, local councils, steel industries, power stations and the marine industry.
Glass reinforced plastic is one of the most versatile materials, it offers a wide scope of complex shapes that can be fabricated or moulded in the most cost effective manner. GRP also has excellent physical properties, the material is strong & durable, chemical resistant, light weight, stiff/flexible with a choice of colours & finishes.
UK Hydroslides can offer a wide range of various material combinations to meet all requirements. We have the capacity to produce one off bespoke components to batch production runs. We also offer the production of components in phenolic resins, class 0/1 fire rated.
